[ It stings just to hear Yang even say it that way, although whatever anger he harbours around it isn't directed at her at all. It just hurts that Pyrrha had to be the one to pay the price for everyone falling asleep at the wheel, because they could have been just as vigilant back then, had they only known.
The silver (lol) lining here is that Ruby is also Jaune's best friend, and he won't let her down the way he let down Pyrrha.
Nora, Yang and Weiss too... he'll never let anything happen to them, be it with his shield, Semblance or his life. ]
It doesn't matter how she got in, Yang! Maybe Ruby really didn't earn her place there... and I may not have either, but... I'm with you guys all the way!
